(ASIPONA), suscribi\u00f3 Contratos de Cesi\u00f3n Parcial de Derechos y Obligaciones para la operaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas de Pensi\u00f3n de Yates, Estaci\u00f3n de Gasolina y Atracadero de Embarcaciones de Recreo en el Recinto Portuario de Acapulco, a la empresa Jar Infraestructura Mar\u00edtima S.A de C.V.
